This is a direct hire position. GREAT benefits. $37,000/yr. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This position is in the Fox Chapel area.

Job Summary: performs technical services and repairs to printers/scanners and/or fax machines.

• Communication with customer to determine issue
• Diagnose the machine
• Repair the machine, replace or order parts as needed
• Test machine thoroughly using all functions
• Check all areas of machine for possible future problems
• Clean machine inside and outside
• Follow-up communication with customer when job is complete

**Must have at least 1 year experience.
