The call center representative manages calls received from taxpayers with questions about their accounts and/or taxes being collected. Assist with other tasks to support the team, other business units, perform outbound calls.
Must have ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, ability to listen and retain knowledge and demonstrate patience.
Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Not permitted to miss a day during the 1 week training period. Strict attendance policy.
Pay rate is $13/hr. + based upon experience.
