Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will support outreach to patients who may be eligible to participate in a clinical trial. The representative’s role is to inform them of the trial and connect them with the study site. Documentation into a QuickBase application of outcome is completed for each call. When unable to reach the patient, a message is left utilizing a script. Agent may receive inbound calls from those returning the message. Expectation is to place 125 – 175 calls per day.

This position is 100% remote. Must have a high-speed internet connection.

Shift will be scheduled between the hours of 8:30 am – 8:00 CT, Monday – Friday. Training will take place between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST.

Pay rate is $16.80/hr.
