This position is 100% REMOTE work but you must live in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Arizona
This is a temporary position lasting through the end of 2022 but there is potential for a permanent position for the right candidates.
The customer service representative will be assisting Medicare members with reporting activities and redeeming their gift cards. You will utilize the portal and business system to document all calls. All representatives must adhere to Medicare guidelines and provide professional, courteous and kind interactions with all members. **Very high call volume.
Requirements:
HOURS:
Must be flexible to work between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Friday with possible Saturday if volume requires it.
Training hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 ET.
Pay rate: 18.98/hr.
