Data Entry Coordinator

This position will begin as a remote position with future possibility of becoming on-site. 

The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, payer information and therapy information for new patients. This position requires an extreme attention to detail and the ability to meet very strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates must be able to collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and solve problems. Must be able to schedule deliveries of pharmaceuticals for specialty customers and have the ability to work with calendars invariable time zones. This position is data entry only. Very little phone work required.

MUST have:

  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Organization and focused attention through the entire shift.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Data Entry Alpha and Numeric Scores: Should be at 11,000/KSPH or above

 **Employees MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED against COVID-19  

Hours: Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:30 am – 6:00 pm. Training hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Pay rate: $14/hr.
