The Digital Printer will be working within a corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. This is a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.
Pay rate:
- $18.56/hr.
- Weekly Pay
Hours/Location:
- Shift 1: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM
Shift 2: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM - Onsite Position – Scottsdale, AZ
Job Description:
- Multitask in a high pressure environment.
- Adhere to strict turnaround times.
- Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs.
- Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled.
- Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Must have past experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.
- Handling mail experience preferred.
- Previous customer service.
- Must work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place.
- Be open to changes within the workplace.
- Must be comfortable to be on your feet the entire day.
- Must have verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
