A premier international travel company specializing in luxury travel, is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their team. Family-owned for over 50 years, they are renowned for delivering personalized and meticulously planned travel experiences.
Job Title: Executive Assistant to Co-Owner & Luxury Travel Department Head
Location: Gibsonia, PA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Salary: Full-time hourly position with a competitive rate starting between $28.50 and $33.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, In-Office in Gibsonia, PA.
- Potential for an earlier schedule as needed (e.g., 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) to accommodate communication with European partners.
Application Process: If selected for an interview, candidates will be asked to submit a 1.5-page writing sample about their most memorable international travel experience.
Responsibilities:

- Learning & Development: Immerse yourself in our company procedures, practices, partners, and unique product offerings.
- Communication Management: Manage executive email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.
- Project Support: Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Information Synthesis: Prepare concise summaries and reports to keep the co-owner informed of project statuses and key developments.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners globally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
- Personal International travel experience.
- Knowledge of major European travel destinations.
- Experience catering to VIP clients’ needs and expectations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
