This includes planning & forecasting, supporting strategic initiatives, and overall ownership for growth for a large and high-profile component of the business. Position will start beginning of Jan. 2025.

Length of Assignment: Possible Temp to Hire position

Shift:

• Monday – Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $37.26/hr.
• Weekly pay schedule.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in the role of Finance Manger, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, inspire change and build relationships enterprise-wide. Additionally, you will:

• Build financial models, investment analyses and business cases to guide the business and growth strategy
• Analyze growth & ROI opportunities, provide insights, and present findings to Finance Leadership and/or business partners
• Develop strong partnerships with teams across the company to cultivate collaboration and drive accountability
• Create and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments

Requirements:

• 3+ years Scenario, ROI and/or M&A modeling experience
• 5+ years of Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance experience
• 5+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to work East Coast hours
• Bachelors required; preferably business area
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare preferred
