Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a dynamic team. As a key part of the warehouse operations, you will play an essential role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. If you have a strong work ethic and previous warehouse experience, we want to hear from you! Temp to hire positions, weekly pay! 

Pay rate: $18.00/hr.

Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8:00AM – End time will vary depending upon work load. **Average finish range is 3PM-6PM    **Average shift length is 9-10 hours.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate:

• Efficiently processes fresh cut orders, including cutting and packaging fresh vegetables and other food products, for next day delivery while following all safety rules.
• Ensures processing room is clean and sanitized at the beginning of the shift.
• Processes fresh cut items and produce based on orders keyed into the system.
• Makes labels for product to be shipped.
• Packages items and prepares them for shipment.
• Ensures quality of product is acceptable and meets standards.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Follows any other requests or instructions given by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate:

• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for entire shift.
• Comfortable working in a confined spaced.
• Ability to work with sharp instruments used for cutting.
• Ability to work in cold/wet temperatures – 30-40 degrees year round.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack and reach truck is preferred.
• Selection experience is preferred. 
• Must wear steel/safety/composite slip & water-resistant boots.
• No jewelry (including facial piercings) due to working with food.
