Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join a dynamic team. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts (TSP – high racker and reach truck) and other material handling equipment, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay rate:
- $18.50/hr.
- Weekly Pay
Hours/Location:
- Monday – Friday, 3PM-11PM
- Onsite Position – Fredericksburg, VA
- Temp to hire position
Job Description:
- To place pallets of merchandise from receiving to correct pallet positions in the racks while operating a TSP/Reach truck.
- To pull pallets out the racks using a TSP Or Reach truck.
- To remove empty pallets from locations in the racking system.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Must have forklift experience (reach truck).
- Must have TSP – high racker experience.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- WMS experience PREFERRED
