• Execution of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, onboarding and, transitional return to work, leave administration, etc.).
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain time system and payroll-related activities.
• Support HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in human resources , employee relations preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
• Prefer Workday experience or eTIME experience.
• Great communication skills (verbal and written).
• Microsoft office including Excel.
• Approachable personality and positive attitude!
