The Mailroom Operator will work with a corporate mailroom performing digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. This is a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information. Candidate MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OPERATING PRINTERS, POSTAGE MACHINES & OTHER SIMILAR EQUIPMENT.
Pay rate:
- $18.56/hr.
- Weekly Pay
Hours/Location:
- Various shifts available – Sat & Sun 5AM-3PM + Weekdays shift OR Mon – Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Onsite position – Scottsdale, AZ

Job Description:
- Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs.
- Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled.
- Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Past experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.
- Previous experience handling mail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
- Must be able to adhere to strict turnaround times.
- Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place.
- Be open to changes within the workplace.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs. and be on your feet for entire shift.
- Verifiable High School Diploma/GED.
