We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. The Packer is responsible for processing orders through packaging equipment according to specifications notated on order tickets and within designated demand times. The packer is responsible to quickly perform quality assurance checks for product and weight. Will receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials. Will fill requisitions and orders.

• Responsible for managing or performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into finished goods.
• General production manufacturing work.
• Assembling finished components or parts into finished products.
• Process manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients including mechanical processing (e.g., mixing, grinding, separating, filtering, etc.) and chemical processing (altering the chemical properties of materials through chemical reactions and changing temperature, pressure, etc.).
• Setting up and operating machine tools to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
• Surface finishing of parts, components, and assembled items including washing/painting/plating/anti-corrosion coating, hardening, polishing/engraving/etching, etc.
• Packaging materials or finished goods into containers for the purpose of protection, display, and handling.
• Selects products from inventory and assembles, packs, and transports to staging areas for shipment.
• Required to work in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse and to maintain the appropriate productivity standards.
• Loading and unloading product deliveries as required.
• Maintain accurate records of shortages and reports them to Supervisor.
• Deliver stacked pallets to assigned area on loading dock in an effort to ensure that products are accurately staged and can be systematically loaded.

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Ability to work in colder temperatures.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack is a plus.
• Steel Toed Boots are required on Day 1.
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
