We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to be a part of a great team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for various duties such as order picking, receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and accurately. This is a temp to hire position. Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
Pay rate:
- $18/hr.
- Weekly Pay
Hours/Location:
- Monday – Friday, 7AM- End of Shift
- Overtime as required- Could be up to 10 hours of OT per week.
- Onsite Position – Hampshire, IL
Job Description:
- Responsible for operating a manual pallet jack.
- Responsible for packing, boxing, labeling, and assisting machine operators as necessary.
- Responsible for the staging area.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the room and all raw product storage.
- Removing all empty boxes and trash.
- Minimizing the possibility of an accident to self and others, reporting any incident or accidents immediately to the department manager.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Should possess ability to function as one of a team, as well as to complete duties safely.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to count.
- Ability to take direction.
- Must be certified by the Safety Manager to operate Industrial equipment.
- Must be able to stand for long hours and work in a cold environment.
- Comfortable rotating to different departments to perform job duties.
- Requirements include ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
- Ability to work OT as needed
