Fantastic opportunity for a Monday – Friday, Daylight only position. WEEKLY PAY!

Pay rate: $12.50/hr.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Job Description:

• Use of Kodak Scanner according to specific instructions provided to capture images with accuracy.
• Scan checks and documents while using a computer/scanner similar to high speed copier.
• Daily maintenance of scanning equipment as instructed.
• Open mail and assemble documents according to training provided.
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Identify tax documents according to training and directions provided.
• Utilize hands to open and assemble mail upwards of 1000 pieces a day.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office in order to save images to computer folders within the scanning program.
• Ability to visually review documents on a small scale on the computer monitor.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to carry 15 lbs
