The Warehouse Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and loading customer orders using ride-on pallet jacks in accordance with company standards. This role requires efficient use of finger scanners, strict adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to meet established productivity goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a temp to hire position.

Pay rate: $19/hr.

Hours: Sunday – Friday, 6:30PM-when work duties are finished for that day. Overtime is required. – 2 days off per week (Saturday and one day during the week).

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Selector:

• Operating ride-on pallet jacks to accurately select, stage, and load orders according to company standards.
• Efficiently use finger scanners and follow all safety procedures.
• Must meet productivity targets.

Qualifications of the Warehouse Selector:

• Previous Ride-On Pallet Jack operation experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have effective communication in English to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Must have steel toed shoes for the 1st day of work.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• High School Diploma/GED
