As a PBM Pharmacist Advisor, you will be directly supporting Medicare Part D Members and providers with requests related to their pharmacy benefits. This is a 1 YEAR ASSIGNMENT, with the possibly of a permanent position. This is a fully remote, call center type position. All candidates must have a PHARMACIST LICENSE within their state of residency in order to be considered. 

Job Title: PBM Pharmacist

Shift:

• Training: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST. **No time off during 8 week training period**
• After training: Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift  between the hours of 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday, including some weekends

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $54.00/per hour.
• Weekly pay schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with requests related to their pharmacy benefits
• Ensure cases are accurately set up for members
• Review clinical information for decisioning the requests
• Outreach to providers for additional information when needed
• Ensure accurate decisions that comply with compendia and Medicare guidance and timelines.
• Review information and complete timely and accurate documentation of all Medicare Part D requests, in compliance with Medicare guidelines
• Promote best-in-class service experience

Requirements:

• Must have a Pharmacist license in the state you reside
• Must have 2 years experience as a Pharmacist
• Must have PBM or prior authorization experience
• Must have experience with Medicare Part D (Prior Authorizations)
• Must be comfortable to be on the phones for entire shift, previous call center experience strongly preferred
• Clinical experience STRONGLY preferred
