We are seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join a great team and company. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. This position is working within the tax department and is directly responsible for the daily collection of current and delinquent taxes as well as other office functions. Training will be conducted but previous office/customer service experience is required. Fantastic opportunity for a Monday – Friday, Daylight only position. WEEKLY PAY! Temp to hire position. 

Pay rate: $17.50/hr.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Job Description:

• Answer phones, assist with customer concerns
• Accept payments in person
• Mail processing
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Gain familiarity with tax rates, calculations, tax rules, regulations and laws
• Collection of current and delinquent taxes – (Earned Income, Occupational Privilege, Per Capita, Occupation, etc.)
• Additional office duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous office/customer service experience is required
• Must operate with accuracy, organization, efficiency and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team
