Call Center Representative manages calls received from taxpayers with questions about their accounts and/or taxes being collected. Assist with other tasks to support the team, other business units, perform outbound calls, continued training as required.
- Customer Service via phone – answering 50-100 calls per day
- Process credit card payments and E-pay payments
- Research/problem solving
- Attention to detail, demonstrate patience and listening skills
- Moderate computer skill-level
- Previous call center experience preferred
Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Position running 2/22/21 – 4/16-21
Pay rate is $12-$13/hr. Based upon experience.
