Position Summary
The Production Associate will prepare and process fresh fruit while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment and supporting daily production goals in accordance with company standards. This is a temp to hire position.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $14.00/hr.

Schedule:

3 shifts to choose from:

• Sunday – Friday, 5:00AM-2PM
• Sunday – Friday 7AM-4PM
• Sunday – Friday, 10AM-Close

*OT approximately 2-4 hours per week based on business needs. Saturdays off and 1 extra day off assigned upon start date.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting products for quality and compliance.
• Verifying that all items have passed through metal detection systems.
• Ensuring cases are properly strapped and labeled, and identifying any damaged or leaking products.
• Re-label stock cases to customer orders as needed and separate products on pallets or racks according to established warehouse procedures.
• Additional duties may be assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs. a few times throughout the day.
• Cold-temperature work environment.
• Not permitted to wear artificial nails, artificial eyelashes or jewelry except a plain wedding band without stones due to food safety requirements.
