Salary: $15-$17/hr.

Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls from taxpayers seeking assistance with their accounts and taxes. You will address inquiries, provide information, and assist with various tasks to support our team and other business units. This includes handling address changes, creating new accounts, processing credit card payments, and E-Pay payments. Additionally, you will conduct outbound calls and undergo continued training as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from taxpayers with questions about their accounts and taxes.
• Assist with address changes, account creation, and payment processing.
• Conduct outbound calls as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for taxpayers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
• Comfortable being on the phones for 8 hours a day.
• Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
