• Deliver customer and website technical service via phone
• Process payments for various tax types
• Apply knowledge of tax types when assisting customers
• Modify/update account information as needed
• Accurately and attentively complete detailed tasks related to assisting callers

Job Requirements:

• 1 Year experience in a call center environment
• Typing speed of 40WPM
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
