We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Order Selector to be a part of a great team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for various duties such as order picking, receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and accurately. **Must be experienced on double pallet jack operation. This is a temp to hire position.
Pay rate:
- $17/hr.
- Weekly Pay
Hours/Location:
- Monday – Friday, 5:00AM-1:30PM OR
- Sunday – Thursday, 8:00PM-5:00AM
- Overtime is required when the workload demands it.
- Onsite Position – Lithia Springs, GA
Job Description:
- Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
- Selecting the correct products from warehouse racking.
- Labeling product using SOS label technology.
- Palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders.
- Delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.
- Hand selects orders within warehouse dry environments.
- Operates assigned SOS unit to create labels.
- Correctly places labels on product.
- Stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.
- Stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
- Stretch-wraps product on loading dock.
- Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to double pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment.
- Performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Must be experienced on double pallet jack operation – no exceptions – 2-4 years of experience.
- High reach experience helpful.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly. Team lifts for 50+
- Must have a sense of urgency.
