• Ensures processing room is clean and sanitized at the beginning of the shift.
• Processes fresh cut items and produce based on orders keyed into the system.
• Makes labels for product to be shipped, packages items and prepares them for shipment.
• Ensures quality of product is acceptable and meets standards.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Follows any other requests or instructions given by the Manager or Supervisor.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Bend, squat, push, pull, stand in one place for a long period of time.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work with sharp instruments used for cutting.
• Knowledge of produce and previous experience in a processing facility is preferred.
